Terms of service

The short version of how ordering through GlowSouq works.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

What we do

You paste product links from YesStyle or iHerb; we price them in JOD, buy them on your behalf, and deliver them in Jordan. GlowSouq is independent and not affiliated with YesStyle or iHerb.

Prices

Quotes are live prices from the source site plus our margin, which covers international shipping and our service. Prices can change until you confirm; the total on the confirmation page is the one you agree to and it doesn't change afterwards.

Delivery fee

Local delivery in Jordan is paid directly to the delivery company when your parcel arrives. It isn't included in our total.

Your order

Please check each product, size and shade before confirming: each link is one exact item. We combine orders into shipments, so delivery usually takes a few weeks. You can follow your order on the tracking page.

Availability

If an item sells out or its price changes before we buy it, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Questions and problems

Message us on WhatsApp about anything wrong with your order and we'll help sort it out with you.
