What we collect when you order through GlowSouq, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number (to verify you and keep your orders together), your name, delivery phone and Jordan address, any Instagram or Facebook handle you choose to add, the product links you paste, and your orders. We never ask for card or bank details on this site.

Why we use it

Only to price your links, place your order with YesStyle or iHerb, arrange delivery, and contact you about your order. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our team. The delivery company gets your name, phone and address to bring your parcel. Order notifications reach our team through Telegram. YesStyle and iHerb only see the products we buy, not your contact details.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one keeps your basket, one keeps you signed in after verification. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, after-sales questions and our accounts. Your saved name and address stay on your account so the next order is quicker.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete your details. We'll delete what we don't need to keep for orders already placed.
